| Motor magnets mostly appear in shapes of tile, ring, or trapezoid are available for the different motors, such as permanent magnet motors, AC motors, DC motors, linear motors, brushless motors, etc. Usually people use the attractive and repulsive forces of motor magnets to drive the motor, so that they generally choose diameter symmetric magnetized tile magnets to form a ring. The sintered NdFeB is anisotropic material which is rather difficult to be made in complicated magnetization direction. At present, there are radial magnetized sintered NdFeB motor magnets in China, but they have many limitations of size, grades, and the magnetic properties are extreme unstable, the consistency is not good, meanwhile the mold coil and the magnetizing fixture are very expensive. |
